Not only do we supply all bed linens and a bath towel per guest, we also supply soap and shampoo. 

Pets are part of the family, of course you can bring them along, we just charge a small pet fee. We even have our own dog on staff! Our Lodge suite are pet free for our guests with allergies. 

Yes you can. Check-out is at 11am and that is when cleaning staff get to work. You are welcome to continue to use the waterfront amenities until 4pm on your check out day. Make your Muskoka Getaway last a little bit longer. 

Group discounts are available when you book four or more chalets together. That makes us the perfect place to host your next family reunion. 

Do you require a low barrier chalet with the washrooms and bedrooms on the same floor, or limited stairs? You may find our Duck and Goose Lodge suites the most suitable. With no stairs to enter, easy access from our parking lot and the entire suite on one floor, it's the best choice for those with mobility concerns. Please note that there are still stairs, or a steep path down to the waterfront. We have installed a new fire pit close to the Lodge suites to limit the need to visit the waterfront in the evening for your safety and convenience. 

Yes, you can! Save the bottles and the environment. Our water is processed on site and is safe for consumtion. 

Yes! We have life jackets in all sizes for junior to 2XL, free of charge for our guests. Please do use them and stay safe on the water. 

While we don't have a full service restaurant on site, all chalets have full kitchens and propane BBQs. Don't feel like cooking? How about a private chef to shop, cook and clean up for you? If you're looking for an eveing out, there are many great eateries with 15 minutes of the Chalets. We'd be happy to provide a reccommnedation.
